In order to implement the requirements put forward by the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of the High District to further clarify the positioning of incubator construction and vigorously encourage eligible enterprises to enter the industrial development of the park, on February 16th, Sun Fachun, a member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the High District, led some responsible persons of medical device incubation enterprises in the district to visit the Medical Device and Biomedical Industry Park for observation activities. The responsible persons of the Science and Technology Bureau, Entrepreneurship Center, and Construction Office of Medical Devices and Biomedical Industrial Park in the High tech Zone provided detailed information on the planning and construction of the industrial park to the observers.

Leaders from 9 medical companies, including Connecticut Biotechnology, Kinwyth Biotechnology, Shichuang Medical, and Newpu Biotechnology, visited the Medical Device and Biomedical Industry Park on site. Sun Fachun introduced the overall development strategy of the high-tech zone, the construction positioning of incubators and industrial parks, and the planning and construction of the park to the enterprise leader. In recent years, the entrepreneurship incubation system of "university institution seedling cultivation, government incubation acceleration, and enterprise park industrialization" in the high-tech zone has been increasingly improved. The construction of various incubation carriers has accelerated, and the development level of various supporting elements such as parks, capital, platforms, projects, and technology has been comprehensively improved, focusing on cultivating a fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship for scientific and technological talents. As two major professional parks focused on medical devices and biopharmaceuticals, as well as electronic information and intelligent manufacturing, with the efforts of the entire region, they have rapidly risen and have respectively been shortlisted for the national key promotion of new industrialization industrial bases and the "Made in China 2025" pilot bases. They will be built into innovative and sustainable national demonstration parks worth billions of yuan. Among them, the medical device and biopharmaceutical industrial park is being declared as the first national new industrialization industrial base in the province, and has received the "double innovation" bond from the National Development and Reform Commission and direct investment support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The management committee has invested and market-oriented the construction of a 450000 square meter park carrier, and introduced a number of high-end platforms such as the Shandong Medical Device Product Quality Inspection Center.
